Summary of Specifications:
The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to help Cameron County meet the goals of Assessing the Feasibility to possibly develop an RFQ for an Energy Conservation Performance Contracting project. We are using this RFI to gather additional information to help Cameron County determine which firms would be interested in providing Cameron County with a No Charge Feasibility Assessment / Preliminary Audit. This Feasibility Assessment / Preliminary Audit will assist Cameron County in determining if there are potential energy savings that warrant the County to move forward with a Performance Contract as per Local Government Code 302. Vendor selection for the Energy Savings Performance Contract will be made based on an RFQ solicitation to follow these services.
