Summary of Specifications:
The City of Balch Springs water and wastewater systems currently are operated by two independent SCADA systems. Roughly 2/3 of the system is ran by SCADA installed by Prime Inc. in 2005, the other 1/3 is a SCADA pack system installed by Richardson Logics Systems in 2007 and 2011. It is our intention to use the existing SCADA pack system and bring all existing sites into this system as well as add one new site. This project will also include, but is not limited to replacing some panels and controllers, adding an emergency power transfer switch, dialers, PCs, other miscellaneous hardware and software.
