The City of Balch Springs, Texas is accepting bids for the following: Commercial rooftop HVAC systems for a commercial building of approximately 13,000 square feet of air conditioned space. Remove and replace Six 15 Ton Gas Package Units manufactured by Trane with New Thermostats using existing curbs to include hail guards. Contractor to furnish all labor and materials including crane to complete the project. See attached document for additional information.
