Summary of Specifications:
The remodeling would consist of but not limited to; remove walls and rebuild with concrete block, in various areas. Installation of three bullet proof units, new counter top installations in various stations, electrical demo as needed, exhaust fans installations, exit lights etc. Adding two restrooms, including tile floors and 36" walls, toilet & sink installations with instant hot heaters, window painting and framing cover. Drinking fountain relocation to name a few things that will need to be done. We suggest a quick walk through of the building to have a better idea of what is expected.
