Summary of Specifications:
The City of Balch Springs is accepting bids for the mowing, weed eating, edging, and litter control in all City maintained parks. Every time a park is mowed all four of these categories must be completed. There will be some additional litter control that will be priced separately. The figures in the monthly columns below reflect the number of times the contractor will perform the services requested. When there are no corresponding numbers in a particular monthly column, that particular that particular service will not be performed that month. Due to seasonal variations of weather and other horticultural considerations, some services may be provided in the month preceding or month following that which is noted. Additional functions or increased intervals will be performed at a price agreed upon by the City and the contractor (acreage may be found in the attached docs)
