Summary of Specifications:
The City of Balch Springs is requesting proposals from qualified firms and individuals for the installation of submersible pumps, valves, wiring and controls at a lift station located as such and such an address in the City of Balch Springs in order to restore and update current lift station ensure quality service there from. Balch Springs is a Home Rule municipality with a population of approximately 25,0000 persons located in Dallas County near the intersections of Interstate 20 and 635.
