The City of Bay City intends to purchase Jet A Turbine Fuel meeting ASTM D-1655 specification or latest revision thereof and AVGAS 100 LL meeting ASTM D-910 specification, latest revision or future replacement, aviation fuel by contract for resale at the Bay City Regional Airport. The Bay City Regional Airport has installed one (1) 10,000 gallon above ground AVGAS 100LL tank, one (1) 12,000 gallon above ground JET A tank. The Airport owns two fuel truck used for mobile refueling. The Jet A truck is a 3000-gallon, built by SkyMark and is capable of injecting anti-icing products. The 100LL Avgas truck is a 1,000-gallon, built by SkyMark. The Airport also offers 24-hour self-service fueling from our QT Pod M4000 kiosks, for both JET A and AVGAS.
All fuel will be ordered and scheduled by the Bay City Regional Airport Manager and will be deposited in the Bay City Regional Airport tanks located at, 3598 FM 2540 North Bay City, TX. Fuel is being supplied to the city for sale as retail fuel at the airport.
All aviation fuel supplied under this contract must conform in every aspect to all standards and regulations established by Federal, State and Local laws. If any of the applicable standards and regulations is/are updated/revised during the term of the contract; the contractor must conform to the latest version.
