The primary purpose is to construct a 175 foot by 40 foot metal building with reinforced concrete foundation and interior slab on grade, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing components, interior office and two restrooms with fixtures, doors, lock and key sets, windows, cabinets, an exterior 50-foot by 150-foot reinforced concrete slab on grade for storage, seven-foot high chain link fence with three strands of barb wire and a 16-foot slide or roll gate with latch and locks, reinforced concrete access driveways, water service, sewer service, site grading, dumpster pad, wooden fencing and gates, masonry clay brick fencing, and drainage, complete and usable for Bay City’s recycling center. The owner will relocate the balers, compactors, and HVAC system from the existing facility to this new facility. Contractor is wire for this equipment to the point of equipment locations. The Contractor is to provide a set of signed and seal drawings by a Texas Registered Professional Engineer for the Metal Building, Metal Building Foundation and Slab on Grade, and the Masonry Brick Wall.
