24-295 - FY24-295 RFP - Garlic Creek Trail Construction

The City is seeking to enter a contract with a qualified contractor for a field-engineered project furnishing all labor, materials and equipment for the construction of approximately 7,800 to 10,350 LF of 10-foot wide stabilized decomposed granite trail within Garlic Creek Park using a Field Engineering process with detailed design provided in the field during construction based on existing conditions and standard details in compliance with ADA/TAS requirement. The project includes concrete trail construction, box and pipe culvert installation, and a prefabricated pedestrian bridge.
