Summary of Specifications:
Provide inspection and observation services for the City of Cedar Park 2016 Water Reclamation Facility (WRF) Rehabilitation Project at 2401 Brushy Creek Loop. Scope includes the construction inspection and construction observation of the upgrades and improvements to the WRF, including, but not limited to, installation of equipment, modification and upgrades to electrical systems, modifications to activated sludge treatment systems, improvements to screening systems, valve replacements, and general construction. Provide coordination with water reclamation facility staff and operators, treatment unit process consultants, engineers, and construction contractor staff. Ensure contractor work conforms to the project specifications and is accomplished by inspecting the contractor’s work on a daily basis and by keeping a daily record of instructions and directions given to the contractor regarding plan and specification interpretations.
