RFP-04-039-216-MH-314 - 3rd Party Inspection Services - 2016 WTP Upgrades and Improvements

Summary of Specifications:
Provide inspection and observation services for the City of Cedar Park 2016 Water Treatment Plant (WTP) Upgrades and Improvements Project at 9408 Lime Creek Rd. Scope includes the construction inspection and construction observation of the upgrades and improvements to the WTP, including, but not limited to, installation of equipment, modification and upgrades to electrical systems, modifications to treatment systems, improvements to the backwash recycling system, valve replacements, general construction, coordination with water treatment plant staff and operators, treatment unit process consultants, and construction contractor staff. Ensure contractor work conforms to the project specifications and is accomplished by inspecting the contractor’s work on a daily basis and by keeping a daily record of instructions and directions given to the contractor regarding plan and specification interpretations.
