RFP-04-040-216-MH-013 - 3rd Party Inspection Services - Lone Star Drive WW Improvements

Summary of Specifications:
The Lone Star Drive Wastewater Improvement Project includes installation of approximately six thousand and eight hundred (6,800) feet of wastewater main and supporting appurtenances. Construction may include excavation, jack and bore construction, manhole construction, pipe bursting, concrete placement, and asphalt placement. Specific Construction Phase Services for which proposals are being requested include: daily inspection / observation, review of pay applications, scheduling and review of quality assurance testing, attendance at project meetings, daily reporting, identification of deficiencies and design conflicts, and coordination with design engineers, contractor’s representatives and project managers. The inspector / observer will assist with submittals, RFI’s, pay application development and review, and change order logs.
