Summary of Specifications:
Provide inspection and observation services for the City of Cedar Park Water Treatment Plant (WTP) Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) System and Control Room Renovation Project at 9408 Lime Creek Rd. Scope includes the construction inspection and construction observation of the upgrade of the WTP SCADA system including, but not limited to, installation of equipment and electrical and communication conduit, coordination with water treatment plant staff and operators, treatment unit process consultants, SCADA programmer/integrator and construction contractor staff, and WTP control room renovation including, but not limited to, renovation of WTP building structure, new WTP building structure construction, and associated electrical, communication, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), and plumbing. Assure contractor work conforms to the project specifications and is accomplished by inspecting the contractor’s work on a daily basis and by keeping a daily record of instructions and directions given to the contractor regarding plan and specification interpretations.
