The City of Cedar Park requests Proposals/Quotations for 3rd party inspection / project representation services for the construction of the City of Cedar Park City Hall Building 6 Finish Out.

Scope of Project: Construction inspection and project representation services for the City Hall Building 6 Finish Out project. The project will finish out existing shell Building 6, on Cedar Park’s City Hall Campus at 450 Cypress Creek Road, to become administrative space for Fire Administration. The finish out will include the following elements: a new second level structure (within the building’s exterior shell), two stairs, an elevator, interior partitions, interior finishes, new mechanical/electrical/plumbing systems, signage, audio/visual, and data connections.
