Summary of Specifications:
The City of Cedar Park is seeking an audit of all franchise fees received from its electric provider; Pedernales Electric Cooperative, Inc. Auditor shall provide all required labor, materials, equipment, and transportation required to conduct audits of electric franchise fees for the purpose of identifying errors and omissions in fees due to the City based on the current franchise agreement. Auditor shall review histories to identify errors in billing and revenue processes. Auditor shall chart billings to determine variances.
