Summary of Specifications:
Bidder shall provide Edge Lit Street Signs for the City of Cedar Park, Texas as per the specifications listed in this document. The pursuing contract will be for a term of one year and will automatically renew four (4) times for one (1) year terms unless either party gives the other party notice of its intent not to renew the Agreement sixty (60) days prior to the end of the current term. The successful Bidder shall be and remain an independent contractor throughout the term of any contract awarded pursuant to this IFB.
