The Cedar Park Ranchettes 2 and 3 – Central Drainage project was one of the highest ranked projects in the Stormwater Master Plan. This estimated total project cost is approximately $4 Million. The project will consist of the addition of stormwater conveyance to intercept drainage flows along the neighborhood roads and provide conveyance to Cluck Creek, which may include the acquisition of easements and/or ROW. Project will also mill and overlay existing roads with ribbon curb, reconstruct existing driveways, and upgrade water utilities where required.
Project development will include PS&E, drainage models and analysis, surveying, coordination with applicable agencies, all permitting, easement and right-of-way (ROW) coordination and acquisition services, environmental assessment and coordination, public involvement assistance, identification and coordination of utility requirements and conflicts, and any other items necessary to successfully develop the project.
