All responses to this RFP shall be submitted on the attached response forms. Proposals must be received by the City of Cedar Park Human Resources Department at or before 2:00 P.M. CT on Monday, May 24, 2019. Each Proposal must be properly identified with the subject title and date and time due. One (1) original and three (3) copies of the Proposal shall be submitted BOTH in written, hard-copy format, and one (1) copy in electronic format on a USB drive and in as few files as possible and delivered in a sealed envelope via mail, courier service, or hand delivery.
