Summary of Specifications:
The City of Hutto seeks the services of potential firms that shall assume the single point of responsibility as CM-At-Risk through the design development, construction document, and construction phases of the Rehabilitation of the South Gin Building. Current plans for the facility are for an approximately 6,000 square foot building that will be the centerpiece of the new City of Hutto Co-op Mixed-Use District and will serve as an open-air public gathering space.
