RFQ-RB-12-03-FM 685 Widening - Engineering Services for FM 685 Widening & Bridge Replacement

Summary of Specifications:
The City of Hutto is soliciting sealed information from qualified firms to provide engineering design services for the FM 685 Widening Project. Project involves updating a complete set of plans to current design criteria and standards and also includes the addition of a sidewalk along the entire length of the project. Verify ownership of all utilities within the right-of way and coordinate with the utility owners for relocation. A City of Hutto 8-inch water line is to be designed and included with the construction plans for relocation. The selected team will assist the City in the public involvement process as necessary. Perform right-of-way surveying, preparation of metes & bounds descriptions and preparation of right-of-way deeds necessary to acquire right-of-way in compliance with TxDOT requirements. Services are to include acquisition of right-of-way for the City.
