Summary of Specifications:
The City of Hutto is soliciting sealed bids addressed to Purchasing, 401 West Front Street, Hutto Texas 78634 as outlined below: 

Invitation for Bid 14-07 – Mesquite Water Main In general, the work includes the furnishing of the labor, materials and equipment for the following as outlined in the Drawings and Project Manual: 

1. Construct approximately 10,500 l.f. of 16-inch HDPE. 2. Construct two 24-inch dia. bores and two open cut installation with 24-inch dia. casing. 3. Includes gate valves, air release valves and flush valves. 

Bids shall be on a unit price basis totaled for each of the base bid items in the bid. Additive alternate bid items may also be included for consideration. Bids must be accompanied by an acceptable additive bid security as outlined in the Instructions to Bidders, payable to the City of Hutto, Texas, equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid amount.
