Summary of Specifications:
Sealed bids from qualified bidders addressed to the City of Hutto, will be received by the City of Hutto at 401 W. Front Street, Hutto, Texas 78634 until 2:00 PM on March 18, 2015, and will then be publicly opened and read aloud, for the furnishing of all labor, materials, tools and equipment for the construction of the HUTTO SOUTH WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT, (the “Project”) including all related appurtenances. Any Bid received after the above-stated time will be returned unopened. 



The Project consists of constructing the Hutto South Wastewater Treatment Plant with a capacity to treat 2 million gallon per day (MGD) average flow and 8 MGD peak flow of domestic wastewater, including: a Sequential Batch Reactor treatment process, Ultraviolet Light Disinfection system, Odor Control facility, Solids Handling facility and Effluent Aeration system, miscellaneous tankage, electrical building, a two-course surface treatment access road with a concrete bridge providing all weather access to the treatment facility, and a 6-foot tall berm with 3 to 1 side slopes approximately 1,300 feet in length.
