IFB 21-01 - Multifunction Copier Devices

The City of Hutto, herein after “City”, seeks to LEASE from a qualified individual, firm or corporation, herein after “Respondent, multifunction copier equipment, herein “Devices”, maintenance services and associated consumable supplies. The list of Devices needed for each department can be found on Attachment C.

Proposals must include an “all-in” monthly cost per unit to include monthly lease price, scheduled maintenance, unlimited repair services, toner waste cartridges and all toner supplies delivered to the City’s location.  Supplies shall be shipped automatically to the City.

Length of lease not to exceed sixty-three months (63) with two, optional twelve-month (12) renewals.  The City seeks to maintain quality, reliability and efficiency for its office equipment.  Any example shown is listed to show functionality, type and class of equipment desired only. Alternate equivalent items will be considered.
