The City of Hutto (the City) invites written proposals from qualified firms interested in
providing services, as outlined below. Due to continued complaints to the City of Hutto
plus news stations, we need to explore finding a means to keep the noise-level down,
especially due to the City and County noise ordinances. This RFP we are submitting is
to have a proposal dealing with outdoor venues to evaluate the sound levels and provide
possible solutions or mitigations for the problems.
