Summary of Specifications:
It is the intention of the City of Hutto to select via the Request for Proposal process, a Construction Manager-At-Risk (CM-At-Risk) for the construction of a new YMCA for the City of Hutto. 

The selected Construction Manager is to assist the City and its Architect/Engineering Consultant with cost estimating and scheduling during the Design Development and Construction Document phases; and to build the project thereafter as a CM-At-Risk.
