Summary of Specifications:
The City of Hutto is requesting qualifications from qualified engineering firms to provide full design, documentation, and construction administration services for the design and construction of a Wastewater Treatment facility. The proposed facility shall be capable of treating approximately 2 million gallons per day (MGD). The facility design needs to account for impacts to neighboring properties due to excess odor, noise, and lighting. The design may need to accommodate a phased construction for an ultimate build-out of a larger facility.
