Summary of Specifications:
The City of Hutto is requesting Statements of Qualifications for professional engineering services to design and construct the FM 1660 North Hike and Bike Trail. This project will convey pedestrians from the Huttoparke Subdivision to the existing trail system at Hutto Elementary. The improvements will be scheduled for completion in 2015. Funding for the improvements includes City funds and grant funds obtained through the Texas Transportation Enhancement program.
