Summary of Specifications:
The City of Iowa Park, Texas (the “City”) is requesting proposals for the design and construction of a municipal animal reclaim center to be located on City property located at 1625 S FM 368 in Wichita County, Texas. Separate and distinct sealed technical and cost proposals will be accepted in the office of the City Secretary located in City Hall at 103 N Wall in Iowa Park, Texas until 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday December 2, 2015 at which time technical proposals will be opened and read. Technical proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly labeled “Animal Reclaim Center Technical Proposal” and cost proposals must be submitted in a separate sealed envelope clearly labeled “Animal Reclaim Center Cost Proposal.” Cost proposals will NOT be unsealed after all technical proposals have been evaluated and rated. A pre-proposal meeting was conducted at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday November 18, 2015 at City Hall at 103 N Wall in Iowa Park, Texas. Attendance is was NOT mandatory.
