Description

PURPOSE: The City of Leander, herein after “City”, seeks to enter into an agreement with a qualified Individual, Firm or Corporation, herein after “Respondent”, to provide construction services for the delivery of the of the Wastewater Collection System Lift Station Improvements Phase 1, Lift Station #6.

BACKGROUND NARRATIVE: The Work consists of the demotion of the existing lift station (LS #6), construction of a replacement lift station, installation of a pre-assembled PumpMate unit, installation of a genset, and other appurtenant work.

PROJECT ARCHITECT & PLANS: The design and construction management services for the Project are being provided by George Butler Associates, Inc.,1500 CR 269, Leander, Texas 78641.
