SOQ-15-004 - CMAR for Central Texas Technology Center (New Building)

Summary of Specifications:
The City of New Braunfels is requesting qualifications and proposals for a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) to undertake a construction project for the Central Texas Technology Center (CTTC). The selection for the CMAR will follow the two-step selection process. The project consists of a new one story classroom/administration wing at the CTTC located at 2189 FM 758 New Braunfels, TX 78130. This phase II project will be approximately 30,000 s.f. with an estimated budget of $6.125M.
