Summary of Specifications:
The City of New Braunfels is seeking qualifications and proposals for a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) to undertake a remodel project for the new City Hall. The selection of the CMAR shall follow the tw0-step selection process. The project remodels a former grocery store (61,000 sqft) to provide a City Council Chamber, Municipal Court, a one-stop shop for development services, a public lobby, office space, conference room space and other requirements for a fully functional building.
