Landa Park Aquatic Complex Water Quality Retrofit is a project located within the City of New Braunfels.
The Project for which the Work under the Contract Documents may be the whole or only a part is generally described as follows:
Demolition, regrading and resurfacing of an existing parking lot located adjacent to the intersection of Landa Park Dr and Golf Course Rd. Construction of drainage improvements (i.e., vegetated swale) within the parking lot area.
