This solicitation is for combined “Streets” projects to be proposed together. It is the intention of the City to award both “Streets” Union Avenue and Comal Avenue Improvements Projects as a single contract to one vendor. The city may elect, at its sole discretion, to not award one of the “Streets” Project if the combination of both exceed the City’s projected budget for these projects. If such election is made and only one of the “Streets” Project is awarded, then the time for substantial completion will be adjusted accordingly.
