SOQ-16-017 - Commissioning Services

Summary of Specifications:
The City of New Braunfels is seeking Statements of Qualifications from qualified professional firms interested in providing building commissioning for the new City of New Braunfels Recreation Center. The Recreation Center will be approximately 70,000 square feet and will include, but is not limited to, a competition pool, leisure pool, two full gyms, cardio spaces, meeting spaces, office spaces and locker rooms. The commissioning will support new construction from an operations, energy efficiency and environmental standpoint. Selected Firm(s) will provide commissioning of building systems and /or specialty systems as City may require.
