A pre-proposal conference will be held at 10:00 a.m. (CDT) on April 18, 2017 at the Clubhouse located at the following location:

The conference will also be available to join via GoToMeeting. If interested in participating via the online meeting, please RSVP by email to Jennifer Gates, JGates@nbtexas.org, no later than 12:00 p.m. (CDT) on April 17, 2017.
Additionally, the City will provide guided tours of the Course on April 18, 2017 at 8:30 a.m. (CDT) and April 21, 2017 at 8:30 a.m. (CDT). The guided tours will begin at the Clubhouse.
