DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT:
North South Connector: Acquisition of Right of Way (ROW) and construction of a roadway connecting the IH-35 frontage road with FM 1101 and Alves Lane. Neighboring development August Fields ROW/roadway portion to be constructed per the development agreement.
