The City of San Marcos is soliciting sealed Statements of Qualifications (“SOQs”) to be received in the Office of the Purchasing Manager, Building 4, 630 E. Hopkins St., San Marcos, TX 78666, as outlined below:

Specifications may be downloaded at www.sanmarcostx.gov/eprocurement. Vendors must register to download information. All addenda, proposal tabulations, etc. can be downloaded at the above site.
SOQs must be received in the Office of the Purchasing Manager, Building 4, 630 E. Hopkins St., San Marcos, TX 78666, no later than May 16, 2024, 2:00 P.M., Local Time. SOQs will be publicly acknowledged via videoconference immediately thereafter. Registration for videoconference requests must be submitted to RShelton@sanmarcostx.gov at least 30 minutes prior to 2:00 PM to attend the videoconference.
Award is scheduled for the August 5, 2024, City Council meeting at 5:00 p.m. or any subsequent time unless otherwise rescheduled.
