IFB-24-052 - Craddock Ave Paving, Drainage and Utility Improvements Project

Summary of Specifications:
The project consists of the widening of Craddock Avenue, between Ranch Road 12 and Bishop Street (approximately 4,100 linear feet), from a two-lane roadway to a four-lane, divided roadway. Roadway improvements will include a five-foot wide concrete sidewalk, an eight-foot wide, crushed granite hike and bike trail, and a landscaped median. A segmental retaining wall will be constructed where needed to accommodate the raising or lowering of the roadway relative to its existing grade. Improvements also include an underground stormwater collection system and construction of a stormwater detention basin. Utility improvements include the installation of approximately 4,040 linear feet of 12-inch water main and 4,000 linear feet of 8- to 12-inch wastewater line.
