Summary of Specifications:
THIS IS A REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS-Upon assignment of the Architect Contract, it is anticipated that Design Concept drawings (roughly 30% design development) for the Conference Center Project will be available, in electronic format that will include concept plans, profiles, typical sections for the Conference Center Project and supporting technical studies. The successful respondent will provide the necessary work force of engineers and technicians to complete the design and provide all necessary supporting technical studies in accordance with the contract.
