RFP-23-039 - Design, Printing, Sorting, Inserting & Mailing Services

Summary of Specifications:
The City of San Marcos (the “City”) is requesting proposals from qualified proponents for the purpose of designing, printing, inserting, sorting, and mailing documents including but not limited to, utility bills, and delinquent notices for residential and commercial customers of the City through the use of an electronic file. The City is in the process of redesigning the utility bill and the delinquent notice. The successful proponent will incorporate into the file the design, color, and detailed characteristics requested by the City to establish a utility bill and delinquent notice.
