The City of San Marcos is soliciting sealed bids to be received in the Office of the Purchasing Manager, 630 East Hopkins Street, San Marcos, Texas 78666 as outlined below:
Bid Number: IFB 218-201 Generator Maintenance, Repair Services and Parts for Water/Waste Water
Specifications may be downloaded at www.sanmarcostx.gov/eprocurement. Vendors must be registered to download information. All addenda, bid tabs, etc., can be downloaded at the above site.
Bids must be received by March 15, 2018, at 2:00 p.m., Central Standard Zone, Central Daylight Time (C.D.T.), in the Office of the Purchasing Manager at 630 East Hopkins Street, San Marcos, Texas 78666. Bids will be opened and read aloud on March 15, 2018, at 2:00 p.m. C.D.T., at the City of San Marcos, Human Resources Training Room, Municipal Building – 1st Floor, 630 East Hopkins Street, San Marcos, Texas 78666.
Award is scheduled for the April 17, 2018, City Council meeting at 5:00 p.m. or any subsequent time thereafter.
It IS UNDERSTOOD that the City of San Marcos reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids as it shall deem to be in the best interest of the City.
