The City of San Marcos (the “City”) is requesting proposals for Materials Testing and Inspection Services for the San Marcos Conference Center (the “Project”). Materials Testing and Inspection Services generally include on-site and laboratory testing and the investigation and reporting of soil properties, concrete strength, pier and masonry construction. All services are to be performed by persons licensed and registered under state laws governing their particular area of expertise.
