RFP-24-057 - Odor Control System Improvements Project

Summary of Specifications:
BACKGROUND: The City has been experiencing odor issues at the WWTP, a siphon structure, and lift stations for the past few years. The City desires to select a supplier(s) of odor control equipment to correct the problems. Because of the numerous issues relating to odor control, it is critical that the City selects a Proponent that can guarantee performance. The City is open to approaches to the problem within the framework of using biological odor control based on an inorganic media as the primary treatment technology. SCOPE OF WORK: The successful Proponent will provide project management during the project under the City’s guidance. The final scope of work will be determined through negotiations with the Proponent.
