The City of San Marcos is soliciting sealed bids to be received in the Office of the Purchasing Manager, Building 4, 630 E. Hopkins St., San Marcos, TX 78666, as outlined below:
Solicitation Number: IFB 223-014 Utility Cut Patching IDIQ IFB
Scope of Project: Includes but is not limited to patching of utility cuts following main breaks or other utility repairs. Locations may include asphalt, curb, and/or sidewalk repair. This contract term is for one-year or until funds are exhausted and will be issued by individual Work Orders on a project-by-project basis. The contract cost will not exceed $99,999.

Bidders must submit a cashier’s check, certified check, or acceptable bidder’s bond with their bid in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid submitted.
A non-mandatory pre-bid video conference will be held on May 31, 2023, at 2:00 P.M., Local Time. Access instructions to the pre-bid video conference can be located at www.sanmarcostx.gov/eprocurement.
Bids must be received in the Office of the Purchasing Manager, Building 4, 630 E. Hopkins St., San Marcos, TX 78666, no later than June 22, 2023, at 2:00 P.M., Local Time, and will be conducted via videoconferencing. Instructions for access to the video-conference can be located at the top of the www.sanmarcostx.gov/eprocurement site.
Award is scheduled for July 13, 2023, or any subsequent time unless otherwise rescheduled.
