The City of Taylor, Texas, is accepting bids for Code Enforcement Abatement Mowing/Lot Clearing Maintenance Contract. This will be an annual contract with a contractor or contractors to perform mowing/lot clearing maintenance services. The mowing/lot clearing maintenance work will be carried out at properties which fail to meet the requirements of Chapter 18, Article II of the City of Taylor Code of Ordinances. This is the Ordinance that governs the height of grass, weeds, underbrush, and accumulation of trash or debris.
Any location identified by code enforcement department for mowing/lot clearing maintenance work. To include vacant lots, residential and commercial lots within the city limits. There will be a non-mandatory pre-bid meeting on February 15, 2023 @ 10:00am at City Hall, 400 Porter St., Taylor, TX 76574. Bids maybe hand delivered or mailed to the City of Taylor City Hall, Attn: Purchasing Agent, 400 Porter St, Taylor, TX 76574 by February 28, 2023 @ 2:00pm.
