The Project consists of turn-key construction and installation of various downtown landscape and irrigation improvements for the City of Taylor, Texas as shown on the contract Documents prepared by SEC Planning, 4201 W. Parmer Lane, Bldg. A220, Austin, Texas 78727 dated sealed December 2, 2021.
Located at multiple properties in Downtown Taylor per the following: (consult Construction Documents for exact locations):
a. 409 Main St N, Taylor, TX 76574 (West Side of roadway)
b. 100 Block W 4th St, Taylor, TX 76574 (North & South sides of roadway)
c. 100 Block W 3rd St, Taylor, TX 76574 (North & South sides of roadway)
d. 79-199 Block E 3rd St, Taylor, TX 78574 (North & South sides of roadway)
e. 218 E Porter St, Taylor, TX 76574 (East side of Porter and South side of 3rd)
f. 100-199 E 2nd St, Taylor, TX 78574 (North side of roadway)
g. 237-281 Block of E 4th St, Taylor, TX 78574 (North side of roadway)
Contractor is responsible for providing As-built drawings at the end of the project that includes complete installation layout of the proposed improvements, including irrigation heads, sleeves and irrigation connections. Shop drawings to be submitted to owner/ owner’s representative prior to fabrication and construction for approval. Contractor is responsible for providing all electrical connections from the owner provided meter as required in the plans.
Preparation of site(s) and installation of new turn-key Landscape, Irrigation, and Miscellaneous. Including, but not limited to new turn-key Irrigation System(s) and connection to multiple City-provided meters, turn-key install of new Planting, Mulch, Trees and Topsoil, Electrical, Underground electrical service as required.

A bid bond in the amount of 5 percent of the bid issued by an acceptable surety shall be submitted with each bid.
