Sealed proposals, addressed to Rosemarie Dennis, Finance Director, City of Taylor, Texas, 400 Porter Street, Taylor, Texas 76574; 512-352-3675, for Mustang Creek WWTP 2017 Emergency Improvements, in Taylor, Texas will be received until 2:00 pm local time May 11, 2017, at the address above. Proposals must be in a sealed envelope and have the project name, closing date and company name clearly marked on the outside envelope. All proposals will be acknowledged at that time. Proposals sent via facsimile WILL NOT be accepted.
The Project includes the installation of a new climber bar screen and conveyor (equipment has been purchased by Owner), new influent flow meter, replacement of UV system including gates (equipment has been purchased by Owner), and associated electrical improvements.
Maintenance, Performance, Payment as well as a 5% Bid Bond will be required for this project.

A non-mandatory pre-proposal conference will be conducted at 10:00 AM on Thursday, April 27, 2017 at City of Taylor City Hall.

In case of ambiguity or lack of clearness in stating proposal prices, the Owner reserves the right to adopt the most advantageous construction thereof, or to reject any or all proposals. No proposal may be withdrawn within sixty (60) days after date on which proposals are opened.
