The City will evaluate and rank the contractors based on the following selection criteria: 30% Contractor Relevant Experience and References, 60% Cost Proposal, and 10% Schedule Proposal. The City shall select the contractor that offers the best value as determined by the selection criteria and ranking evaluation. The estimated total construction budget for this project is $185,000. The expected time for Substantial Completion is 180 days (minimum of 150 days and maximum of 240 days).
