Description

Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for the City of Victoria’s Active Transportation Master Plan (Plan). The City of Victoria is interested in improving upon its network of existing facilities and to develop new facilities that provide for improved and safer walking, bicycling, and other forms of micro-mobility for transportation and recreational opportunities. The Plan will identify deficiencies and specify improvements to infrastructure with the goal of building a complete network for active transportation users.
