The City of Victoria, Public Works Department has approved the following manufacturer’s utility parts based on past experience and industry standards. Ford or Mueller - Brass Smith Blair or Ford - Clamps Mueller, Clow, East Jordan or American Darling - Valves, Ebaa, Smith Blair or Ford - Joint Restraints Ford or Smith Blair - Tapping Sleeves and Saddles Mueller, Clow, East Jordan Watermaster and American Darling - Hydrants No other parts, comparable or otherwise, will be accepted without prior approval. Please contact Lynn Short, Director of Public Works or Donald Reese, Deputy Director of Public Works to introduce your product for consideration.
